GUARANTEE AT TECSEAL

All products manufactured by Tecseal S.A. are manufactured according to European standards, obtaining an A classification according to AAMA 701/702-04. All our products are siliconized and treated against ultraviolet rays.

Tecseal, S.A. is certified according to the ISO 9001/2008 standard.

The warranty period for our products is 10 years from the date of manufacture. In the unlikely event that a product does not conform to the required standards, and provided it is applied in the manner and circumstances established by Tecseal S.A., it will be replaced free of charge during the warranty period. Tecseal shall be fully exonerated from any other additional costs that may be incurred.

Warranty exclusion and conditions

1. The warranty will be void if the product is modified, improperly used or damaged as well as by any tampering by the user during installation or replacement.

2. No warranty other than those expressly mentioned in the preceding paragraphs shall be covered.

3. No liability will be assumed for customer-specific applications as well as for damage to other products to which they may be attached.

4. The maximum liability shall be limited to the number of defective meters or pieces and the original invoiced amount.

5. Responsibilities derived from delays in the replacement will be exempted.

6. No liability will be accepted as a result of losses incurred, diminution or loss of profit or other consequential damages.
