PACKAGING
Once the weatherstripping has been manufactured to the size required by our customer, it must be properly packaged so that it is properly stored in the coil.
Choosing the right coil for the weatherseal size will help to avoid the crushing effect produced by a bad coil winding.
We have automatic winders for low pile sizes, and for high pile sizes we wind by hand, preventing the pile from being damaged by undue pressure from the winders.
We have other special packaging such as boxes with loose weatherstripping guided by a central core (we call it drop box or scatter box for bulk material).
